Locks of Love

Yesterday Nora donated her hair to Locks of Love. She was very nervous as they put her hair in a pony tail and then cut it off. The entire time she was having her hair cut she held her precious pony tail. I didn't think she was going to give it up but she relaxed once she saw the finished product! She now says that she likes it shorter better than longer.

Sandusky Fair

A couple weeks ago we went to the Sandusky 4-H Fair with our friends. We all had a great time and we were even lucky enough to watch a baby calf be born. This was nothing new for our friends...but for us city folk it was pretty exciting! The kids had so much fun going from ride to ride to ride. Nora wanted to go on as many as she could and Reed was much happier at the Figure 8 Derby. I have to admit, I liked the Figure 8 Derby myself.
